Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25 years of age
Copy of driver's license is required to book. If non-family booking, all guests including the primary renter must be over 25 years of age.
Guest List must be signed and returned within a week of booking

PAYMENTS/CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payments
50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days in advance of your arrival plus our security deposit. Payments on AirBnB and VRBO are determined by the guest on those platforms.
Cancellation Policy
Since the Hudson House is rented to large groups months in advance, cancellations close to the rental date significantly impact our ability to secure another reservation. For this reason, no cancellations or refunds of rental amounts are possible within 30 days of your stay. Security deposits and cleaning fees will be returned. Cancellations made in excess of 30 days prior to the arrival date will have all rental fees returned. There is no refund for unused portions of any stays.
