Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25 years of age
If non-family booking, all guests including the primary renter must be over 25 years of age.
Guest List must be signed and returned within a week of booking

PAYMENTS/CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payments
50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking. The balance (including fees and taxes) is due 30 days in advance of your arrival plus our security deposit. Payments on AirBnB and VRBO are determined by the guest on those platforms.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in excess of 30 days prior to the arrival date will have all rental fees returned. 50% of the rental will be returned 7 - 30 days prior to arrival. No cancellations or refunds of rental amounts are possible within 7 days of your stay. There are no refunds for unused portions of any stays.
